Cutex Review

Today, I’m putting to the test the Cutex Advanced Revival Nail Polish Remover Felt Pads and we’re gonna get real with it.  photo regTurnlastsongreg 41_zps8rpcayej.png So if you want to see if this stuff works and my thoughts just keep reading below.  photo 20160705_135726_zpsxy014buc.jpg

Strengthens & Conditions

No Spills!  No Mess!  Just Wipe!®

Cutex Advanced Revival Nail Polish Remover Pads, complete with Black Currant, Flaxseed, and Apricot Kernel botanical oils, strengthens and nourishes your nails while quickly removing polish.

One pad cleans all 10 nails!  These portable and convenient felt pads allow you to remove nail polish whenever and wherever you desire.

Being in the little packets is great for travel… and I think that’s the only good thing about the product. Spoiler Alert; This stuff kinda sucks.

Inside the packet, you have a large felt pad which they claim you can remove all 10 nails with just the one! Hah!

It did okay on the first nail but by the third nail nothing was coming off and the pad was almost dried up aside from the oils.

I don’t know what I expected to happen on the glitter…

Anyway, for the cost of these pads that only come in packs if 10 which you end up using more than one of for $3.99 you could pick up a bottle of store brand remover (.99 – $1.99) and cotton pads ($2.04) and get far more use out of it for a whole extra dollar. A bottle and pack of cotton rounds last me nearly 6 months and I do my nails A LOT!

So yeah, I used the one pad pictured and the remover to take off the rest of my polish including the glitter and my toe nail polish in no time. I was hella disappointed in the Cutex Remover Pads.  photo gayebieber94 204_zpsr027qaeu.png

However, the oils in the pad felt nice.  photo rwl6_zps5oqjvejo.png

I received these products from Influenster for review. Opinions are my own… Obviously.

    1. I’m glad you found some to work, I know I’ve used similar things before and they did fine. Something about this one though just was a fail. I’m wondering in the oils in it made it less effective.
