Bee Beauty Weekly Edit. March 5th – 18th 2017

Good Morning/Afternoon! I’m on my second cup of coffee but girl I am stuck in an allergy/PMS haze today. BTW, Happy first day of Spring. Spring has definitely arrived here in Louisiana, after some freezing cold weather it’s all warm and pretty now.

I know I missed last week’s Weekly Edit but there was a lot going on behind the scenes, between girl issues, sporadic naps and anxiety, I just needed to relax because I have been feeling pretty out of sorts. It’s been a couple weeks of ups and downs but they ended on a high note.

Let’s kick this Weekly Edit off with some MOTD’s.and what I got up to. Most days the last couple of weeks were bare minimum makeup or I just didn’t have time to take a picture of it.

Playing with the Tarte Tarteist Pro Palette. Ross and ! had a dinner date at El Paso again. I’m telling you, I am obsessed with that place. I have been experimenting with my brows lately too. Trying a more natural approach. I forgot to write down the exact details of what I used. I was feeling kinda flustered that day I think.

Friday, March 10th 2017

Just Brows, Lashes and a lippy for some Bowling, Pizza, and Beers. I forgot how nice it is just to chill out and not fuss with makeup or anything. I was a ball of panic on this day so a night out with friends was just what I needed. I was so worked up on female issues, and some craziness surrounding that company I spoke about being a scam a couple weeks ago. Well, there has been quite a few developments with all that. I reached out to another blogger who had experience with them and it’s snowballed into something pretty big. I can’t get into details yet but once I can, I will keep ya posted.

How can you not relax and have fun when you have bowling, pizza and a bucket of beer. LOL!

And now for a segment, I like to call, ” How not to Bowl”

It was a pretty nice night.

The following day was spent downtown at a Memorial Service then dinner at Embers and drinks at The Mirror Room. I didn’t take any pictures that day at all. Not that it was a sad memorial, I mean it was obviously because it was a memorial but as per wishes of Jeff, it was a celebration.  It was a kind of strange day. I wasn’t super close to Jeff, nothing more than some small talk. I went on behalf of my brother who was very close to him and as moral support for my friend Lila who was also very close to Jeff. I ended up spending the whole evening with all of my brother’s old friends who I’d heard so many stories about since I was a little kid. Some I hadn’t even seen since I was 4 or 5.Then on Sunday, I rested and took a mental break from everything.

St Pat’s continued the next day into a huge crawfish boil with all the best people in the world.


Hangovers didn’t stop anyone from eating and drinking all over again. I honestly could barely keep food down when I woke Saturday and had to rally with some Pepto and Aleve cause I was all kinds of hungover.

It was such a pretty day!

Another day of rest. St Pat’s kicked my butt again this year.

That’s about it for this Weekly Edit. My only favorites in this post are ALL my people! All my friends I got to spend time with over the last couple of weeks. Despite all the anxiety,  I felt when alone. The amount of fun I had out and about made up for it 10 fold. Not to mention all the new friends I made and the great chats I have had with you guys in the comment section.
