Bee Beauty | Weekly Edit – June 4th – June 18th, 2017

Happy Monday, It’s time for a Weekly Edit. Honestly, I have been so into doing my whole Urban Decay series and improving my Pinterest that I haven’t done much else, but I do have a makeup look to share and some photos from girls day at the lake as well as some favorites. So if you want to see what I have been up to the last couple of weeks, just keep reading below.

So the 4th through the 11th I did nothing exciting. Just work on blog posts and Pinterest. However, last week I did do a makeup look and a have some fun.

I really wanted to play in makeup so I did this warm pink and orange look that tied into my hair color.

I was really digging the way my hair was fading last week, It was a really pretty rosy pink.

 

Then the sunshine and a day at the lake happened. Now I have what I like to call Swamp Pink. It has a peachy rose gold feel now with the rosy tones still mixed in. I don’t hate it.

Friday, June 16th, 2017

A Lot of skincare has been going on. Influenster sent me the L’oreal Revitalift Moisturizer to do the #RevitaliftChallenge. Here’s day 1. Did anyone else get this Vox Box? What are your first impressions? So far I’m liking it.

We also had a nice visit from Ross’s parents Friday, and they treated us to lunch.

We had some beautiful weather for a change here. Here’s a rainbow after an afternoon shower. There was a double rainbow but it didn’t show in the pictures. I’m sticking this in here because I have no idea what day I took these on. LOL!

I made a lizard friend. He’s too cute.

Girls Day at the Lake.  We always can use a girls day. I love going to the lake, while I got sunburned like hell despite applying sunscreen multiple times, it was still a great day. All the swimming!

 

 

 

Sunday, June 18th, 2017

I also posted on Instagram about this night cream I got from Brandbacker. I think I had to high of expectations for it but it works okay. My skin is smoother. I had some redness at first and peeling but it went away after a week. Considering the ingredients I wanted more out of it. My skin’s texture has improved on a whole but nothing life changing.  It smells great though! This is the Nimni Cream from HydroPeptide. Did anyone get this one too? Did it give you a new face? LOL.

 

Sunday evening was spent with my Dad for Father’s Day.

 

I can’t quite remember what day, but my Aunt Darlene came by for a visit with my little cousin Alex and she brought me some gifts from her and Aunt Sandy! How beautiful is that bee necklace! and the tea towels. You guys know me too well!

Seriously. This is mean every time! Thank goodness for spellcheck. I kant spel gud. Which is funny because I was a straight A English student and same for Lit but don’t ask me to spell words. LOL.

My best friend\sister tagged me in this one Facebook. This was so us in high school. LOL! True Facts right there. Like we cared if there were rumors anyway. we played it up being goofy kids.

I’m all over these pupper and doggo memes. It’s like the LOL Cat Speak from back in the day. I love it. There two really tickled me.

 

 

The Eats

Okay, so I don’t normally like anything from McDonald’s but a fish sandwich if I have to eat there. I usually opt for that just so I can get a latte but those new Artisan sandwiches are amazing! The Maple BBQ with the crispy onions. Girl, I have eaten them way no many times. How I look eating Mcdonalds have to time…  I am aware that I look like Marilyn Manson sometimes. I’m not thrilled with it but it happens. Especially when I had black hair. I got told I looked like him or Nancy from The Craft a lot when I was younger. I think I have grown out of that.

 

The Entertainment

No playlist this week because the one I have been listening to is really long and crazy and I rather post a more curated one.

I have really been enjoying Puddles Pity Party. My god, that voice. It will give you chills.

On the TV front, I have been all about some Love It or List It.You know those two are hooking up behind the scenes. LOL!
