Skincare Review | Jan Marini’s C-ESTA Serum

Guapo Style Blog

Happy Friday! Today I have a new skincare review of Jan Marini’s C-ESTA Serum. I got this through Brandbacker about a month ago and have been giving it a good go for the last few weeks, if you want to see how it worked out and more about the C-ESTA Serum just keep reading below!

Alright so the C-ESTA Serum is supposed to lift, tighten and firm facial contours with a powerful cocktail of antioxidants featuring Vitamin C and DMAE. It also claims to reduce the look of fine lines, wrinkles and improve texture giving you younger and healthier skin.

Key Ingredients:

  • Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C)
  • DMAE
  • Hyaluronic Acid
  • Vitamins (B5 & E)

Does it work? I would say it does work fairly well. My skin’s texture does look a better and my skin in general does appear smoother over all. Like I said, I have been using this for the last few weeks in addiction to my usual routine.

It’s recommended to use morning and at nighttime after after cleansing. Be sure to shake it well and apply sparingly. A little does go along way. The product itself is very thin and runny as you can see below and looks like melted butter. There is a slight gritty texture, like it has powder in it but it soaks into your skin super fast and leave a very slight tackiness.

It has a very pleasant scent. This is going to sound odd but it reminds me of the way Dillard’s smells around Christmas. It’s something familiar, and nostalgic. I really enjoy that aspect.

The product plays well with all my other skincare, no weird pilling or anything. I can even use it along with my Glycolic Acid treatments with no issue.

After doing some research on the product, I can’t find a single negative about the C-ESTA Serum or Jan Marini. They appear to be a well respected and established brand. This is the second product I have tried from them with decent results thus far.

The C-ESTA Serum is suitable for dry, oily, acne prone, and sensitive skin types too.

Jan Marini’s C-ESTA Serum is a bit spendy at $105 but considering the ingredients I think it isn’t too bad of a price. You can purchase it here: www.janmarini.com

Have you guys tried this or any Vitamin C Anti Aging? Let me know your thoughts below. I am always on the hunt for skincare.

*I was provided this product to try and review by Brandbacker, that being said all opinions are my own.
