Bee Beauty | Weekly Edit | October 9th – October 22nd, 2017

That’s right ladies and gentlemen, I am double posting today. Gotta make up for last weeks bleh. I was not feeling my best, we’ll get to that later. These last two weeks have been pretty busy and a little crazy. I got some entertainment favorites to share, a couple MOTD’s, concert pics, lots of LOL’s and some Pumpkin. The Makeup and Misadventures.

Monday, October 9th, 2017

This was the night of the Norma Jean show at The Brewhouse. For my makeup I went with cranberry smoky eye with cool undertones and a super dramatic wing,  paired with a greige lip.

I honestly couldn’t tell you what products I used aside from my eyes and lips.

Eyes: Kat Von D Saints + Sinners Palette – Rosary, Stigmata, Sabbath + Tarte Tarteist Pro Eyeshadow Palette. Kat Von D Tattoo Liner – Trooper. 

Highlight: Anastasia Beverly Hills Moonchild Palette – Pink Heart + Star 

Lips: Nyx Liquid Suede – Brooklyn Thorn.

The show was a success by the way. I was doing the tickets at the door along with the owner and I am pretty certain we hit compacity. I think we need to have Metal Mondays once a month.

The coolest thing was the full-on mosh pit that happened! It was pretty bad ass.

I spent the rest of the week working on posts and having a messed up sleep pattern.  Just spent quality time with the husband, had a Cracker Barrel date. Nothing too exciting.

Saturday, October 14th, 2017

Then came the 14th! Me, Lila, Nisa, and Tomkat went to see Vince Neil from Motley Crue! I went full-on fan girl.

Before I get into the madness that was that night, here’s a look at my makeup.

Now for the insanity. First I will show you pictures of the show.

I was right against the stage!!! I was LIV-ING! 

Now allow me to depict the evening via gifs from Will and Grace.

First, there was dancing.

At the casino bar, home and until I passed out at 7am but with Jager, beer then Absinthe. 

The next evening when I woke up. 

Monday and Tuesday. I ate a whole pizza. 

In summary, we had sooooo much fun, got too drunk and had a two-day hangover.  I’m done drinking for another year. or until New Years. LOL! I’m getting too old for this shit.

BUT! while I was at the casino bar, I found Elvis! I mean… He been hiding out all this time in Marksville LA?  I was almost asked him for an autograph but I wasn’t that much of a drunk asshole. I did twit it though. LOL.

I was finally feeling like a human again despite. I did go see Blade Runner 2049 and have lunch with Ross but I was still so out of it and Wednesday was all errands. We had early breakfast at IHOP, hit up the “good” Wal-mart in the bougie part of town. Possibly got food poisoning from IHOP, took Pumpkin to get her stitches out and then took her to Pet Smart for a treat.  I was sick feeling all Wednesday too like I had a fever. I was still feverish feeling and sick on Thursdays but I made myself get a post written. I am pretty sure it was hay fever, I was having terrible allergies. I did go to the doctor on Friday.

This picture has no real explanation other than I was about to take a bath and decided to swatch Nyx Liquid Suede in Jet Set and topped it with Sparrow Cosmetics eyeshadow in Water.

I did have a pretty fun-packed Saturday again this week but didn’t take a single damn picture. I went to a “Surprise” Birthday for my friend Racheal, her 3-year-old threw the party. Everyone had to dress like a Disney character. I did the same makeup I did for the Norma Jean show and wore a red crushed velvet dress and called myself female Jafar which worked cause Nisa was Jasmine. After that we saw a friend play at a newer bar called The Melting Pot. It was cute. We stopped by the Brewhouse on the way home, had some wings and went home to bed. LOL.

The Funny

Just a couple this week that describe me pretty damn good.

The Loves

This week loves are easy. Ross, friends, and Pumpkin.

But there are a few entertainment favorites to mention. First being Will and Grace. New season and the old ones. I am a happy camper. 

Next love is Blade Runner 2049

This movie was amazing. I want to go see it again. It was perfection. I loved how the characters reminded you of characters from the first in subtle ways and there were little nods to the old one as well. It was perfect. It answers so many questions but leaves you with more! 

You can’t love Blade Runner 2049 without rewatching (for the millionth time) and loving the original.

 I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.

The Pumpkin

Pumpkin had the best day ever with getting her stitches out and her trip to Pet Smart where she picked out a toy spider, got a new collar and ball. That spider is her baby right now.

She has to bring it to bed under the covers with her so she can go to sleep playing and wake up playing.
