Anastasia Beverly Hills Sugar Glow Kit Review + Swatches

Anastasia Beverly Hills Sugar Glow Kit

Good evening! Tonight I have a review of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Sugar Glow Kit. I swatched this little lady the other day at Sephora and fell in love! This is the first Glow Kit since the Moon Child Glow Kit that I HAD to have. Every color in it actually works on my skin tone for once.

Spoiler alert I am living for this Glow Kit, but if you want to know my full thoughts just keep reading below!

The Packaging

Here she is, in all her glory. The palette itself is fairly large and is in the traditional Glow Kit format of 4 large pans.

The palette itself is a pretty pink shade with an ombre effect and super fine glitter in the finish.

The Breakdown

Inside you have 4 amazing highlighter shades perfect for fair skin but I think any skin tone can rock these shades. The formula is smooth and super metallic. They are everything I want in a highlighter.

The Swatches

Here are the swatches that just don’t do them any justice.

The Shades

First up is Gumdrop, a duo chrome pink lilac. This is a unique shade. It’s a warmer version of Pink Heart from the Moonchild Glow Kit. This shade has pink micro glitter as well but it’s very fine. The shift is stunning and is incredibly flattering.

Marshmellow is a white gold. This shade is what the Wet N Wild Mermaid Highlighter wishes it was. It’s the most stunning gold shift with a gray undertone like the Mermaid Highlighter. Again super flattering. This is the perfect golden highlight for pale skin.

Next is Butterscotch, a honey gold. This shade is warmer, more bronze than Marshmellow but the shade is so light that it works on fair skin unlike most shades in the bronze family. Honey gold is the perfect description.

Lastly is Starburst, an icy pink. This shade is a super metallic high shine highlighter. The icy pink isn’t too pink nor too icy. It’s more shine than color.

These shades layer together perfectly to make custom colors and they are just stunning. In my opinion the best Glow Kit yet. If you have been on the hunt for the perfect highlight that isn’t super generic than go swatch this one and check her out. This is my favorite highlighter palette of life at the moment. It’s all around gorgeous. You get a ton of product in here and can swap the pans out and build your own palette like with the other traditional glow kits.

I picked mine up during the VIB sale this year, It normally retails for $40.00, anywhere that ABH is sold. I’m not sure if it’s limited edition.
