Review | Demo – Wet N Wild Lash Renegade Mascara

Apparently, it’s mascara week over here on Bee Beauty. Today, I have a review of the Wet N Wild Lash Renegade Mascara. I pretty much bought this mascara for the packaging alone. It is fully my aesthetic all the way and I love the packaging which led me to have high hopes for the mascara.

I mean, how cool is that tube? Looks like a mascara from Deus Ex.

Sadly, the mascara was just okay. My main issue was the wand which looks like some sort of torture device and is very stabby yet flimsy.

I feel like I can’t get the most of the mascara because of the wand. Like I said in my Roller Lash review, I am over the plastic spiky wands and the ball on the end of this one just made it worse. If it has the wand from Roller Lash I probably would have liked it more.

It gives similar results to the Kat Von D Immortal Lash and has the exact same wand in fact. You get some length, some curl, and not enough volume. It’s a very natural mascara but it was marketed as more. I was just lukewarm to it in the end. Not the worst but not the best.

Here are my results with a couple of coats. I mean, it looks good but I have had better performing mascaras. I don’t hate it, just not into the wand.
