Good morning beauties, I actually got my sleep schedule sort of sorted.  Anyway, today I have a quick review and swatches of the Wet N Wild Liquid Catsuit Lipstick. I have 3 shades ranging from a deep nude to a super vampy burgundy so I think I have a good sampling of the range and the formula. Let’s get started.

The Wet N Wild Catsuit Liquid Lipsticks retail for only $4.99 on the Wet N Wild website but you find them even cheaper on Amazon and at the store depending on sales and discounts so that alone is pretty damn cool.

The packaging is and doe foot applicator and very nice and easy to use.

As for the formula, it ain’t bad. I actually really enjoy it. They dry down matte but not gross and clumpy like some I have tried. It’s a nice formula overall. With the shades I have, I didn’t encounter any streakiness or patchiness which is awesome consider one of the shades is a super deep burgundy. The pigmentation of these is outstanding for any brand, drugstore or high-end. They seem pretty solid across the board. I haven’t tried the metallics yet but I need to check them out.

The Liquid Catsuit comes in 26 shades ranging from your normal nudes and pinks to deep and dramatic. They also have more unique shades like blue, gray, black and green! They also have super cute punny names.

First up is the lightest shade I picked up for myself called Give me Mocha which is a browny nude and my favorite type of nude tone. Hella 90’s vibes here. This is one of those shades I go to when I want something simple and easy.

I found this shade on Amazon for $2.59!  https://amzn.to/2I9VgGi

Next up is Caramel which is a new shade I believe. This is one is that classic 90’s brown lippy. I actually have been trying to find a shade just like this for ages. On me, it’s a true brown tone.

The best price I found online for this one was on the WetnWild site but check Ulta too because of coupons and bogos. wetnwild.com

Wet N Wild Catsuit Liquid Lipstick - Don't Be A Plum Plum

Lastly, I have a limited edition shade called Don’t be a Plum Plum from Fall … a couple of years ago. Don’t judge.  Anyway, the shade called Goth Topic. (that name though) is almost the exact same. Honestly, this shade is what I wanted Kat Von D’s Vampira to be. Yep, I said it. It’s better than the Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks and a quarter of the price and Wet N Wild is cruelty-free as well. Ya’ll know I love KVD too.

Here is a link to the shade Goth Topic over on Amazon for $3.02.  https://amzn.to/2jnBSr5

So yeah, these are a win in my book and I am looking forward to acquiring more shades. I want to try the black out. I am always looking for the best black lipstick.

Have you tried these? In my experience, you can’t go wrong with a Wet N Wild lipstick. I love the old school mega last ones that are like a dollar. So good.

That’s it for today, I’m going to go do another colorful makeup look that is again, vaporwave/retro-futurism inspired because I am INSPIRED.  Yes, I am screaming that. LOL.

  1. I have some of these and enjoy them myself. I didn’t even know they had fun colours, like green. I am going to have to go to the big city and see if they have them there. My local store only has 12 colours. I’d order them but duty, shipping then taxes doesn’t sound fun.
