Running a little late tonight cause your girl had to do a LEWK but tonight I have a review, demo and wear test of the Milani Conceal + Perfect Longwear Concealer. I have been testing this one out for a few weeks and have finally reached an opinion.

But first let’s look at the claims, shades and formula.

The Claims + Fomula

“Creamy, full coverage, water-resistant makeup that instantly conceals and lasts up to 12 hours. Perfect for concealing under-eye circles, blemishes and skin discoloration. Formula contains Vitamin E to help replenish skin’s moisture and is available in 18 shades. Vegan. “

This concealer is definitely full coverage. No questions there at all. This will cover anything and everything. It’s a thick formula, it reminds me of the Too Faced Born this Way Super Coverage Concealer rather than Shape Tape. It’s not quite as drying as the L’Oreal Infallible Full Wear Concealer but still offers the coverage. It’s a tad more moisturizing. You know, it’s actually quite similar to the Kat Von D Lock-It Concealer as well.

It can get cakey because it is a heavy formula so a light hand is needed and just build as you go. It sets very fast so I do one section at a time.

The Shade Range

The shade range isn’t too bad with 18 shades. I am using the shade 100 Pure Ivory, I feel it’s a little yellow on me and should have gone with Ivory Rose. That was my own goof.

The Demo

Here is my unedited face before concealer but after foundation. For reference I am using L’Oreal Infallible Fresh Wear Foundation.

This is how much I tend to use of this concealer. Not a ton. No big triangle with this one.

Just after blending out, I think it looks quite nice and brightening. Just blend quick.

And here is after I set with translucent powder on a damp sponge with excess product knocked off before application.

I think it looks pretty good. Here is the full face after finishing the rest of my makeup.

This was a light makeup day, I think we were running errands and we out and about.

The Wear Test

The Conceal + Perfect says it lasts for 12 hours, so here I am at about the 12 hour mark. This was a moderately busy day. Out and about doing some things and it was kind of warm.

Aside from the mark from my glasses and worn down lipstick, I think the skin held up pretty well.

Looking close, there is a little creasing and mascara flakes but other wise it held up pretty damn well for a long day. Nothing I do can prevent the glasses mark.

The Verdict.

I like this one way better than the Infallible Full Wear from L’Oreal though I have grown to like that one too. Does this replace Maybelline Age Rewind? Nope, but a good option for days when I want more coverage.

The Milani Conceal + Perfect Longwear Concealer retails for $8.99 or around that anywhere you can purchase Milani.

This formula is vegan and Milani is a cruelty-free brand.

I am having a little renaissance with makeup right now so be sure to check out my IG and Twitter cause ya girl is serving lewks right now. Trying to get Norvina’s attention.

  1. I love how full coverage this concealer is! Definitely agree, you should go for a pinkier tone. I personally wouldn’t be bothered very much about the minimal creasing, in fact, it’s actually good considering you wore it for the entire day. Great post!

      1. You’re not alone, I’ve been picking up foundation shades that have just been slightly off, lately. Must be something in the air, haha.
