My vlog from last week is live on my YouTube channel. I divided it up into two so it wouldn’t be so long and boring. But we get super serious in these and talk about a lot of stuff, mostly dealing with mental health, alcoholism and changing my lifestyle for the better.
3 weeks in with no nicotine, alcohol and keto. So far, so good. Wish me luck in this.
