So, I have been acquiring some new makeup goodies over the past couple of months. For a few weeks I wasn’t able to enjoy or really play with any of it thanks to my dental work and I am just now really getting to play with a lot of it. Some things I have had long enough to review but I am including it here too.
Most of this is drugstore stuff I would pick up at random when I was at Wal-Greens, Wal-Mart or CVS. Some is new stuff to try out and others are a restock of old favorites and holy grails.
Let’s jump in because, girl, I bought a lot!
Let’s start with the restocks. Two brow pencils that are amazing and I needed a refill on are the Covergirl Ultra Fine Brow Pencil and the ELF Brow Pencil, both in deeper shades now that my hair is darker.
Of course my holy grail mascaras from L’Oreal.
And I needed to stock up on my favorite Faux Mink Lashes from Ardell.
Complexion wise, I got another compact of Advanced Radiance Pressed Powder from Covergirl which is a great powder with a natural finish. I also picked up another Wet N Wild Cushion Foundation because I love that one for everyday in the warmer months and another Wet N Wild Photo Focus Concealer in a lighter shade because the formula is fantastic!
Now for some new goodies! Let’s start with the eyes.
As you probably already know because of the reviews and tutorials but I recently got the Morphe Boss Mood Palette and the ABH Rivera. Reviews are linked below. I also found the Profusion Sunkissed Palette all by it’s lonesome at Wal-Mart the other day. I will have a first impression of it up on my Youtube next week,

Also for the eyes I picked up a few new liners from Wet N Wild. I love their Felt Tip Eyeliner, so much so, I picked it up in brown. I grabbed their automatic “waterproof” pencil as well for the tight line.
Hiding on a bottom shelf at CVS I found some of the Rebel Rose Collection from Wet N Wild so I got the palette in Bed of Roses. And from Ulta I got the Nyx Glitter Goals which I highly recommend for mess free glitter.
Moving on to the face. I went a little highlighter crazy but what can I say, Wet N Wild makes some crazy good highlighters. I was beyond impressed with all of these.
Nostalgia got the best of me and I picked up Covergirl Instant Cheekbones in Sophisticated Sable. Ya mom used it, ya grandma used it. It’s a classic and still is a great product. A truly neutral blush that gives a natural contoured look.
I am trying to find that perfect bronzer that isn’t Hourglass. I think Sunset Striptease comes pretty damn close.
Rounding of the face makeup, I picked up the Wet N Wild Photo Focus Translucent Powder to test out and the Rose Serum from the Rebel Rose Collection. I have no idea of the claims. I did find a new favorite setting spray, the Lumui Shake and Glow from L’Oreal leaves the skin looking amazing but doesn’t help with longevity.
Lastly for the face, I got two deluxe samples from Sephora. One of the Fenty Powder and the Hourglass Veil Primer. Both are lovely.
I only have two lippies, both from the Wet N Wild Zodiac Collection in the shades Pieces and Virgo. Both are stunning!!!
One of my favorite things to purchase is the seasonal or limited edition collections from Sonia Kashuk at Target. This Spring’s set is so pretty, useful and great quality. These are infused with charcoal in the brush hairs to prevent bacteria build up.
And lastly, Nail Polish. I am obsessed with the Naughty Nudes Collection from Sinful Colors. I think I have almost all the shades. One isn’t pictured that I have but it’s hiding in my bathroom somewhere which is the shade Body Language.
The Shades above from left to right are:

- Copper A Feel.
And that is it! Phew… And I already am gather stuff for my next Haul. I need to do a home decor and goods haul as well as clothes.

Aww man. I thought ya’ll have all the brands we do over in Sweden. What part are you from? I am planning to visit Sweden one day, my husband and I almost moved there even.
I did test some out in the video in the post and other posts scattered around here. I will have a first impression video on the profusion palette coming up soon and have done a ton with the Rivera palette in here and my youtube.

That sounds like a lovely area but I think the climate in Malmö would suit me best. Mosquitoes and crayfish boils? Sounds just like home. I want to visit all over though.

Lol! Weeeell Malmö is very… interesting. I dislike Malmö and the down part of Sweden. I prefer the north. You should go to the north if you ever go to Sweden. Trust me!

My husband is really keen on Norrland. I just don’t know about the cold. I am used to pretty hot and humid weather.
We tried to learn Swedish a few years back and that is the only phrase I remember. LOL!

Yeah, our media, from what i have gathered are making it like Sweden is the bad guy. People don’t understand that the judicial system works differently in other countries. Here, he would have been out on bail in a couple of hours and gotten a slap on the wrist. Fights like that usually don’t amount to much legal trouble unless you really hurt someone. In my experience, we don’t even call the cops unless it’s really really bad. From my understanding, you guys don’t have bail so you wait in jail to see the judge?

Well I lost all my brain cells after watching it. They are spoiled and riding the wave after Robert’s fame. That’s why people are so blind to buy there stuff just because they are “famous”. I think the only one who has succeed is Kendall. Sure with help from Kris but still.
