Hey guys. What is this? An actual blog post and not just a video? Yep. Today, I have a tutorial on how to get this mustard yellow eye look with super smoky brown liner paired with deep brown matte lip.

For this look I used the Colourpop Uh-Huh Honey Palette. Ya’ll know I am living for that palette.
Let’s get started. This look is pretty quick and easy!
Eyes are primed and brows are on.
On a large fluffy brush I went in with the Stinger in the transition area.
Next, I went in with the shade Oh Beehave to deepen the crease and bring in more yellow.
On the lid and blended up into Oh Beehave I took Buzz Kill. I really packed this shade on the lid and blew it out to be super smokey.
For the liner, I took a deep brown gel liner pencil and sketched out a wing shape them smudged the edges with a pencil brush and building it up until I got a smoky wing I liked.
On the lower lash line I smudged that brown liner into the waterline and down into the lashes then smoking it out with the pencil brush. Lastly, adding a haze of Buzz Kill blended into the liner.
To complete the eyes I went in with some mascara and a touch of my highlighter to inner corner. I used Maybelline Colossal Lash Mascara and Wet n Wild Highlighter in Crystal High from the Crystal Cavern collection.
The Finished Look
For finishing touches I used a warm peachy blush and highlighter on the high points and a deep brown matte lipstick. For the lips, I used Covergirl Melting Pout Lipstick in Paradise Lost.

Oddly, I use mascara primer in my brows before a brow gel and after I fill them in. Makes them look all thick and full.
